My Experience as a two-time United Nations Delegate
I was honoured to be an official UN Delegate at the 67th Commission on the Status of Women and at the UN Water Conference 2023 at the UN Headquarters in New York, USA representing non-profits that I’ve worked with for many years now.
This experience was not just a once in a lifetime opportunity (I sincerely hope there is more to come in the future), but it was also a life changing month that presented me with chances to interact with people from all over the world, learn, grow and share experiences that I’ll never forget.
Sessions I attended at CSW67:
Participated at the General Assembly for the official opening of CSW67 and heard from prominent figures such as UN Secretary General and UN Women
We also got to hear the thoughts of few presidents, VP’s and prime ministers from countries all over the world about the current status of women empowerment, steps they’re taking and aspirations for CSW67
